I have ordered over the past year 3 of the starter kits. Two have worked great but a couple of batteries have gone bad. I wish e-smokeytreats would stock replacement switches as on one of the ones I bought the switch has quit. This is the third type of ecig I have tried and hand down is the best offered here. When you have a good battery it vapes VERY good nearly all day on heavy usuage. I like em enough to order another today. Thanks for great service and a good product.
