e-Smokey Treats Warranty Information
We offer a 14 day DOA warranty on all parts and a 14 day warranty on defective parts; not including Low Resistance atomizers.
With in the 14 day period you believe your part is defective, please contact us at rma@e-smokeytreats.com for a RMA (return authorization). Once we receive your part we will test it and then repair/replace it for you. If for some reason you are not statified with our products and would not like a replacement, a 20% stocking fee will be charged for any returns.
E-Liquids and cartridges are not returnable.
DO NOT SHIP PARTS BACK TO US IN A NORMAL ENVELOPE!!!
Too many people do and most of the time the parts tear the envelope and are lost.
Please send all warranty requests to rma@e-smokeytreats.com. Please also include your order number and a description of the problem.
What to do if you have a problem with a product.
Please refer to our Tips & Tricks section before you request an RMA.
1. First, please contact us about the problem, we may have suggestions on how you can fix the problem yourself.
2. If the problem persists then please let us know and we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
3. We will then give you instructions on where to send your defective parts
4. Once we receive the defective parts, we will test them to make sure that the problem can not be fixed and either replace or fix the part in question.
If you are desperate for new parts we can ship you the new parts right away. We will charge your credit card for the amount of the item and when we receive the broken bits issue a credit for the purchase amount minus the shipping charges. Please contact us to get an RMA number and ask us about cross shipping your defective parts.
This guaranty does not apply to consumable products like Cartridges or e-Liquid.
If you send defective parts back without an RMA we will most likely not be able to help you.
