- Had a little problem with the order initially. I think
the fault was more on the part of Paypal than with E-SmokeyTreats.
I have to admit, I was a little perturbed about it, but when I called
Phil, he was extremely helpful in getting it resolved.
My order
arrived arrived quick and I haven’t had any problems with it, other than I have
to adjust the amount I’m used to drawing from a smoke. The mini(901b) just
doesn’t hold enough juice for me.
Like
others, I was also kind of put off about the flavors that were sent. I really
didn’t think they would be to my taste. Funny though, I just tried the
chocolate and it really tastes good. I didn’t need to smoke a regular cigarette
all day, except to do a comparison with the e-cig.
I ended up
being very satisfied with the service and for the most part with the
performance of the item and plan to recommend E-SmokeyTreats to everyone
looking for a tobacco cigarette alternative.

- Wish I would have found this site before buying my
starter kit. I bought the sampler “juice” and have had a chance to taste
the diferent flavors out there. Shipment was fast (coast to coast). Will

- i read alot of reveiws about differnt sellers before i
bought from phil in december,he has been great to deal with and stands
behind what he sells.cant ask for more than that.i have been recomending

- Phil’s picture should be in the dictionary next to the
phrase ‘customer service’. He IS what customer service should be
everywhere. I received my two starter kits and was having trouble with one
of the atomizers out of the four. I emailed him, he promptly said he would
send me out another. I thanked him and told him that I would return the
bum one to him. This was his reply:
Unless you
have already sent the atomizer back wait until I send you the new one.. If you
have not sent it back already let me know and Ill include a postage paid
envelope.

You just
can’t top that sort of service. Did I mention that he got my order to me on
Thursday. I placed it on a Monday that was a federal holiday. So, two days from
California to Kentucky. Great company. No regrets.

- Love the product. The atomizer quit after 2 weeks. Just
spoke to Phil. He’s sending a replacement. Greta job, great company. I had
my doubts, but no longer. Highly recommend

- Like many of you, this was my first experience with
e-cigs. I ordered the DSE901b starter kit, and it arrived in 3 days. I was
happy with the overall product, and was surprised at how well it actually
emulated a normal cigarette.
Although I
had a problem with one of the atomizers after the first day, Phil replaced it
for me promptly with no hassle. Great customer service – thanks again, Phil!

- I purchased the blue 901 (my first order) and shipping
was fast. I have to agree I don’t prefer the taste of the carts that came
with it but since I top off my own that wasn’t any big deal. Phil gives
great service and the prices are good. No worries buying here.

- Haven’t touched a regular cig since 12/24/08. I order

- Made my first order today, after playing around last
night to get a feel for how much it would cost. I closed the browser with
the order still in place, meaning to finish it in the morning. I got an
email from Phil, just to make sure everything was okay and that I hadn’t
had a problem with the order at all. I have to say… WOW. If all companies
had that kind of customer service, I’d be a happy camper. Phil, you’re
awesome, and you will be getting ALL of my e-cig business from now on!
