battery replacement no prob |

I did have a battery go out. I sent an email asking if that was normal or what. Got a very fast reply, within an hour. Was told to return which I did and just 4 business days later I received a replacement battery. Did I mention the VERY fast service? Thanks so very much for your quick replies and fast shipping too.
